How to make Photo Frame using Recycled News Paper?

Thank u. Yes it is recyled work from newspaper which have been rolled and stuck side by side. The edges are then cut to level it. U can leave the paper as it is if it looks good and matches with the photo u have stuck or u can colour it. Here the photo was in light yellow so i coloured it with brown colour to give a wood effect.

Beautiful photo frame ,pls explain this frame

First of all u need old colourful newspaper if u are not painting it. Cut it into pieces of say 8*5 inches or as u wish. Take a thin stick and start rolling the paper from a corner with the help of the stick and keep applying gum in between and also at the end. prepare many such rolls and stick it around the photo of ur choise in the pattern u want to. Trim the frame with a strong scissor after it is dried and apply colour of ur choise depending upon the colour of the photo or paint it brown to give a wood effect
